Thank you for shopping with GlamChicAI. We’re committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all customers.


📦 Processing & Production Times

Because GlamChicAI products are offered as pre-order items, production begins after your order is placed.

  • Pre-Order Shipping Window:
    Expected to ship within  4- 6 weeks after pre-orders close.

  • You will receive email updates regarding production, packaging, and shipment status.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your pre-order is ready and dispatched:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–4 business days

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by region (usually 7–21 business days)

  • Customs fees, VAT, or import taxes are not included and may be charged by your country at delivery.


📮 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to follow your package in real time

Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking information to update.


🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us within 24 hours at support@glamchicai.com

  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot reroute the package.

  • Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds, but we can reship once the item returns (additional shipping fees may apply).


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, GlamChicAI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with:

    • Photos of the damage

    • Packaging photos

    • Your order number

We will assist with a replacement claim.


🌍 International Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs fees, or import duties upon delivery.
These charges are not included in your GlamChicAI order and must be paid by the customer.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

  • Shipping dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to manufacturing timelines.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately.
